Imagine you are dining in a restaurant. Across from your table, you see a couple,obviously in love, sharing ice-cream from the same bowl. You will consider that beautiful. Those who love and care about each other have the freedom to share food from the same plate. If I were to tell you that all of us are eating daily from the same cosmic plate,sharing the same "food" you may be shocked, but that is the truth. The air being the food for our brains is being shared by all humans all the time. When you are in a room with a group of people, the air that is in the lungs of one person, is entering your lungs, when that person breathes it out. The air that is in the lungs of a person in China, reaches the lungs of a person living in the United States in about 24 hours. Thus the air which is our common food keeps us connected and related to each other. It is an invisible connection, but when can "see" that connection, the illusion of separation between humans dissolve and it becomes easy to love everyone.
